NFR qualifiers and 2026 partners Coy Rahlmann and Logan Medlin walked away $100,000 richer after winning the Riata Stallion Incentive Open to the World at the Ariat World Series of Team Roping Finale.
Coming from third high call, the duo delivered 37.58 on six to climb to the top of the leaderboard. After their win, they joined Amy Wilson and DruStew at the EQN Sports Desk to break down their runs, discuss their horsepower, and reflect on the level of competition at this year’s Finale.
The Ariat World Series of Team Roping Finale is the second-largest equestrian event in the world and the premier showcase for amateur handicapped team roping. Held every December at the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Finale packs the arena and stalls with thousands of teams competing across multiple numbered divisions for millions in payout.
