The Bob Feist Invitational (BFI) is one of the most prestigious and longest-running team roping events in the world. Established in 1977, the BFI is known as “The Roper’s Super Bowl,” attracting the best professional and amateur ropers to showcase their skills in a high-stakes, high-payout competition. Held annually in Guthrie, Oklahoma, at the Lazy E Arena, BFI Week features multiple roping events, including the BFI itself, the BFI Legends, and various amateur and youth competitions. With a rich history and a reputation for challenging cattle, long scores, and a big-money payout structure, the BFI continues to be a premier event in the team roping industry, drawing top talent and fans.
